Composition
Ecological, natural flax straw (“anas de lin”) sourced from Normandy farms (Terre de Lin).
Product Benefits

LINABOX® flax bedding used as an underlayer beneath traditional straw significantly increases urine absorption (ideal for broodmare and foal stalls, etc.).
Recommendation
For wood shavings users, a 50/50 mix of Linabox® and shavings is strongly advised to boost absorbency, reduce waste, cut costs, and improve manure quality.
Instructions for Use
LINABOX as Standalone Bedding
Step 1 :
Lay 4–6 bales of Linabox for a 9–12 m² stall, plus 1 bale per additional 3 m²
Step 2 :
Remove droppings daily and rake bedding toward the center
Step 3 :
Add 1–3 bales per week to maintain bedding depth
Step 4 :
Full clean-out as needed (weekly to twice yearly depending on usage)
These quantities should be adjusted based on the stall size, type of flooring, the horse’s cleanliness, the amount of time spent in the stall, your level of expectations, and maintenance routine.

Linabox + Wood Shavings Mix
Simple, fast, effective
- Spread half LINABOX (2 to 3 bales as an underlayer to absorb urine) / half STANDARD or LARGE-FLAKE WOOD SHAVINGS (2 to 3 bales on top to ensure volume, comfort, and brightness)*
- The two types of bedding naturally mix together, effortlessly!
- Add an average of 2 bales per week (1 bale of each bedding type) to maintain the initial volume in the stall.*
*To be adjusted based on your criteria: stall size, type of flooring, cleaning frequency, etc.
